SHIPPING: Our SunCatchers at Glass Images are shipped free of charge/ on all PREPAID orders in the continental United States and Canada. Orders not prepaid will have UPS freight charges, and COD charges added. Shipment of orders will be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Large quantities or custom orders may take additional time. A telephone or contant name MUST be supplied for all orders.
TERMS OF SALE: All orders must include a street delivery address and telephone number for shipment. Orders that are not prepaid will be shipped C.O.D. Orders in excess of $250.00 US may deduct 20% from the total invoice and payment. Orders in excess of $500.00 US may deduct 25% from the total amount of their order when prepaying. Distributor discounts of up to 50% may be available on some products and quantities.
.CUSTOM ORDERS: Prices on custom orders generally run approxiamtely $25.00 US per square foot and up. Design costs, color selection, etc. all play a part in custom work. Please contact us for information on custom patterns and designs.
