Poco advertising site a lark       It probably shouldn't be surprising that businessmen would have an interesting site, but I was surprised when I looked at the Port Coquitlam Business Improvement Association's site.       Go to http://www.pocobia.com ...it's a different approach to advertising.       For instance, look at A Day in the Life Tour you'll find a fictional family going through their day and how association members can serve them.       Along with that there is a ton of information about PoCo and upcoming events. There is a great little Java-run sideshow of Poco's history. By the way did you know that in 1891, the municipality had a $2.50 bounty on bears?
